Workplace Coaching
Turning managers into coaches

Workplace Coach Training Programs are available for organizations who want to develop a coaching culture. We will train your managers in coaching skills and methodologies, so your managers can be internal coaches, and use a coaching style in their day to day roles. Managers that truly have effective coaching skills produce significantly better results. People do better work, for longer, and contribute to the organisation in many more ways. Companies that have brought in a coaching culture report significantly reduced staff turnover, increased productivity, greater happiness and satisfaction at work.

The benefits of developing a coaching culture in the workplace include:

  • A focus on solutions not problems
  • People are inspired to achieve their best
  • Communication channels opening up
  • Reduced conflict between staff / Increased staff retention
  • Better results delivered with less effort

Coaching is about getting the best possible return on investment from one of your most valuable assets today - your people.

The first step is a ‘Needs Analysis’ to understand the current situation and your desired outcomes. We can then discuss options that might be suitable for you. Options can range from a 1 day Coaching Skills for Managers Program through to a full blown program utilizing Results Coaching Systems methodologies and materials. Barbara is an Associate with Results Coaching Systems and offers these products to larger corporations who are committed to larger numbers being trained and truly creating a ‘coaching culture’.
